RULES OF ENGAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE

• ADVANCEMENT. When the reservation is requested with enough advance, clients will must send an advance pay corresponding to 30% of total by means of transfer or money order. To avoid confusions, it is convenient indicating arrival date and release date as well as the name of client.
• PRICES. The prices have taxes included. Prices includes sheets and towels as well as all expenses. Engaged periods will start and will finish at 12.00 pm.
• CLIENTS BEHAVIOUR. It hopes a fully respect by the clients for the facilities as well as toward the owners and all the community environment. Pets are not allowed.
